A&D Technology's Service and Support plans are designed to keep your test cell up to date and running smoothly at a minimum of cost to you. All plans are tailored to help you maintain and extend the life of your A&D system, while giving you the flexibility to choose the level of coverage that best fits your situation. And, by bundling plans together, you can reduce your costs and increase your coverage even more.
The following plans have been designed to cover Help Desk support and email support, and discounts on other A&D services:

Bundled Plans
Single Systems
Service and support for one system is straightforward and affordable since you pick only the plans you need. For example, by purchasing both the Software and Hardware Support Plans you will receive 10% off the standard price of the plans when purchased individually, and 15% on other A&D service products such as training and spare parts.

Multiple Systems
If you have multiple systems, you can increase your savings by purchasing a bundle for each system. For example, using the same example as above, you will receive an additional 15% off the single system plan price if you purchase a bundle for each additional system. For large labs with more than five test cells, you can purchase the five-system site plan, and then pay a small fee for each additional system.
