To substantially reduce potential service costs, A&D has a range of plans from which to choose. Your savings can be as much as 30%, and we package them with other valuable benefits as a bonus.

 

  • Prepaid Service Plans
    This is your overall best value. With this plan you purchase a block of time upfront at a discounted rate, reducing your overall cost as compared to the current per-call service rate. Dollars may also be applied to repair parts.
    The Prepaid plan is based on a 12-month purchase of support. Any unused dollars will be rolled into your next contract. Remaining dollars are forfeited if a plan is not renewed.
  • Pay-As-You-Go Plans
    This plan is perfect for the company who wishes to reduce their hourly charges for service, but doesn't want to commit the funds up front, as in the prepaid plans. The hourly rates here can save you as much as 18% compared to the per-call plan rate. Here, you issue a blanket purchase order to be used over a 12-month period. The larger the plan, the lower the hourly rate. Dollars may also be applied to repair parts. Invoicing takes place only as services are used.
  • Software Maintenance Plan
    A&D Software maintenance provides fast access to diagnostic and technical assistance, upgrades to the latest software version, access to telephone and email support with software experts, and discounts on software training courses.
  • Per-Call Plan
    Per-call services are purchased on an as-needed basis. No prior arrangement is required.
  • Site Support Service Plans
    We also offer a number of options that can put an A&D Field Service Engineer at your site for 40 hours per week. This can be for a predetermined time, one week per month or for an entire year, depending on your needs.
