Overview

If your service needs vary from year to year, the Pay-As-You-Go Plan allows you the flexibility of having a service contract with A&D, but you commit no funds ahead of time.  This plan also provides you with an opportunity to purchase a "block" of time up front at a discounted rate.  The dollar amount it based on a regular hourly rate, and discounted according to the specific plan you purchase.

Plan Details

Per Call ServicesTerms & Conditions

  • Payment is due 30 days after work is performed
  • There is a four (4)-hour minimum order amount for on-site service calls per service engineer

Response & Coverage

  • Best-effort response is standard
  • Eight (8)-hour Monday through Friday coverage is standard
  • Fax or email authorization is required in order to begin work

Rates

  • All services are invoiced at the published plan price
  • Travel expenses are billed per published zone charge structure
  • Airfare is billed at cost

Coverage Hours

Maintenance and HelpDesk services will be provided from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding A&D-observed holidays.

Travel Expenses

Travel and living expenses will be invoiced at cost.
