The Software Support Plan helps you keep your A&D software up to date, and provides fast access to diagnostic and technical assistance. With easy web-based access to software upgrades, patches, bug fixes and other technical information you will never be left in the dark. If problems arise, you will have access to telephone and email support from software experts who will help you quickly work through your issue.

Plan Details
Software Upgrades |
A&D will provide the latest release of the covered software, new features (1.1, 1.2,), and bug fixes (1.1.1, 1.1.2). The software covers the licensed software and standard interface drives/modules. Installation and application upgrade services, along with any hardware upgrades required for the new software, are at an additional cost. |
Customer Portal |
The customer portal provides the user with a secure online account which allows web access to download software upgrades, patches and bug fixes, as well as free access to manuals, datasheets and other technical information. |
Technical Support |
A&D will provide up to ten (10) hours of Help Desk support and unlimited email support to address application questions and identify software malfunctions. |
Discount Services |
This service agreement includes a 10% discount on software, in-house training at A&D, spare parts and on-site labor rates. |
Coverage Hours |
Maintenance and Help Desk services will be provided from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding A&D-observed holidays. |
Travel Expenses |
Travel and living expenses will be invoiced at cost. |
