Overview

At A&D Technology we understand that as your business grows and changes, so will your testing needs.   When this happens, we are there for you with affordable solutions.  Our Technical Support Plan is ideal for those times when you need assistance to update your application or add functionality, but don't want to pay the expense of having us send an engineer to your site.

With this plan you simply purchase the number of hours you want, and then use them as you need them.  The more hours that you buy at a time, the less you pay per hour.  Price breaks are at 10, 20 and 30 hours.

Technical  Support

 

Technical support can be used to cover any questions about and/or assistance with your A&D software, equipment or application.  All support will be conducted remotely from the A&D facility.  Any requirements for onsite service and support will be quoted and billed separately.  Support will be billed in 15-minute increments, with a 15-minute minimum per request.  Once your plan is activated, requests for support can be submitted by calling the Help Desk at 800-973-2220 or via email at helpdesk@aanddtech.com.

Response

A&D will make every effort to handle your request in a timely manner.   All requests will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  At the time of the request we work with you to determine the timeframe for completion that best meets your schedule. 

Discount Services

This service agreement generates a discount on software, in-house training, spare parts, or on-slte labor rates.  Discounts are based on the plan purchased.

Coverage Hours

Service and Support, Maintenance and Help Desk services will be provided from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding A&D-observed holidays.

Travel Expenses

Travel and living expenses will be invoiced at cost.
